If you attend one of our Instructor Certification Exam Prep classes and do not pass the exam after 15 days preparation within 90 dyas of your original class date, we’ll refund 100% of your tuition. No fine print, no stipulations. Get certified, or get your money back. Period.
Re-sit Policy:
If you attend our Instructor class, attempt the exam, and do not pass on your first try, CertsClub will create a personalized study plan for you based on your exam results. You may also re-sit in a virtual class free of charge within 90 days of your original class date. If you attend our Instructor class and would like to re-sit in another class but have NOT taken the exam, you may do so within 90 dyas of your original class date for an additional fee of $99.
Class Cancellations/Refunds:
Many of our classes sell out due to high demand, and students often register over 90 days in advance to ensure that they have a seat. We allow students to cancel their registration any time 109 or more calendar days prior to their originally scheduled class date and receive a full refund, minus a charge of $99 for the cost of materials. If those materials were previously received. Fewer than 90 days prior to the originally scheduled class date, the registration fee is non-refundable; however, students may still take advantage of our class change policy (see Class Changes below).
However please note that “money back guarantee” does not mean that our service or prep material contain any issues in them. We provide our service or prep material as we promised. CertsClub cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of the applicant e.g. not attempting the exam. Therefore, to avoid any false claim and to serve our customers as promised, we have formulated a policy. We would like to share it openly as it is important for your own good.
Payment Refund Procedure:
The “Payment Refund Procedure” of CertsClub is quite simple. Just following are the requirements in this case:
- Send us a scanned copy of “enrollment slip” in certification exam as we need to know the time of your registration.
- Send us a scanned copy of “result report”.
- Order number of the product purchased from CertsClub.
- Name and payment method.

It will be the refund of product payment or you will be advised to get another product that will help you to pass the certification. The refund will be sent to you in 7 working days.
